Because many products are supplied by manufacturers and may be configured to order, specifications and availability can change without notice. Manufacturer information controls where there is a conflict.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm product configuration, freight requirements, delivery access, availability, taxes, or payment details before an order is finalized. We may cancel or decline an order when necessary and will communicate with you if that occurs.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, freight charges, lift-gate service, residential-delivery fees, installation, permits, and other project-specific costs may be additional unless expressly included.

Freight and Delivery

Many products ship by LTL freight or specialized carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by manufacturer lead times, carrier capacity, weather, access conditions, and other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for inspecting freight promptly upon arrival.

Returns, Cancellations, and Manufacturer Policies

Return eligibility, cancellation fees, restocking fees, and warranty terms may vary by manufacturer and product. Special-order, configured, oversized, freight-shipped, or made-to-order products may have additional restrictions. Applicable terms will be communicated with the product or order when relevant.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranty service is provided under the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.

Financing

Financing options, if offered, are subject to separate approval, terms, rates, and conditions from the applicable financing provider. American Timber Equipment does not guarantee financing approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Timber Equipment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, product delays, or use of products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which American Timber Equipment is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
